How are the flags constructed?
We are new to the flag making community, but we're learning fast. We make all our flags by hand, but have started including some products with precision cnc carving. Wood has a mind of its own and because of that, every flag is unique and no two are identical. We make two types of flags. The first by using 18 separate pieces of wood cut and glued together by hand. The products cut on the cnc are on edged glued panels. We then stain and add a couple coats of triple thick polyurethane for protection. We make each flag one at a time to put as much craftsmanship into them as we can for the best quality product.
Wood Burning Process.
Lichtenberg burning uses 12,000 volts of electricity to create unique burning patterns into the wood.

What makes our flags unique?
We still have hand carved unions not painted or stickers but, we have started to include precision cnc machine carving also. Our stripes are individually glued together and not just to a backing strip. They are then glued to the frame for extra stability. The flag you see is the flag you will get, not something similar.
